I'm thankful to be surrounded by amazing cooks in my life. That doesn't mean I rub shoulders with 3-Star Michelin chefs or James Beard award winners everyday, but that the regular everyday people that make up my life have an amazing talent in the kitchen.
Cooking is communal knowledge that we borrow and reinterpret from each other. My friends, loved ones and I have grown in the kitchen over the countless meals we've come together for. Each has been unique and each has been a special moment shared.
