About This Class

One of Spain's classic tapas is the Tortilla Española. Growing up in the United States with a Spanish mother meant that among other places and scenarios, the kitchen was an environment to express and celebrate our Spanish heritage. I'd love to share with you how to turn a mix of egg, potato, onion, and olive oil into the most savory dish (pro tip - it's all in the flip!) - let's get cooking!
