About This Class

Avoid a morning meal gone in the garbage—or just make your current egg situation a little more delicious!

Whether served for breakfast, brunch or as part of a main dish, properly-cooked eggs are the sign of a good cook. With just a bit of practice, you will be able to fry, baste and poach eggs like a pro.

By the end of this class you will have learned to fry, baste and poach eggs to the desired doneness using each method.
